Itinerary

📍 March 8 – Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi and transfer to your hotel. Time to rest, followed by a trip presentation, yoga nidra session, and welcome dinner. Overnight in Delhi.

📍 March 9 – Delhi to Sariska
Morning yoga and breakfast. Transfer to Sariska for an evening safari in the national park. Dinner and overnight in Sariska.

📍 March 10 – Sariska to Pushkar
Morning yoga and breakfast. Travel to Pushkar, one of India’s oldest cities, famous for the only Brahma Temple and rose cultivation. Visit a rose essential oil factory. Overnight in Pushkar.

📍 March 11 – Pushkar Exploration
Morning yoga and breakfast. Full day dedicated to exploring Pushkar, its sacred lake, and colorful streets. Overnight in Pushkar.

📍 March 12 – Pushkar to Udaipur
Morning yoga and breakfast. Transfer to Udaipur, known as the "Venice of the East" for its lakes and royal palaces. Overnight in Udaipur.

📍 March 13 – Udaipur Exploration
Morning yoga and breakfast. Guided visits of Udaipur, including its iconic palaces and temples. Overnight in Udaipur.

📍 March 14 – Udaipur to Chittorgarh
Morning yoga and breakfast. Final explorations in Udaipur before heading to Chittorgarh, home to the UNESCO-listed fort and numerous temples. Overnight in Chittorgarh.

📍 March 15 – Chittorgarh Exploration
Morning yoga and breakfast. Visit Chittorgarh Fort and immerse yourself in its legendary history. Overnight in Chittorgarh.

📍 March 16 – Chittorgarh to Kota
Morning yoga and breakfast. Travel to Kota, famous for its silk saris, with a visit to a local factory. Overnight in Kota.

📍 March 17 – Kota to Bundi
Morning yoga and breakfast. Excursion to Bundi, a hidden gem known for its palaces and ancient stepwells (baoli). Overnight in Kota.

📍 March 18 – Kota to Jaipur
Morning yoga and breakfast. Transfer to Jaipur. Optional city exploration or join a block-printing textile workshop. Overnight in Jaipur.

📍 March 19 – Jaipur to Delhi
Morning yoga and breakfast. Domestic flight back to Delhi. Overnight in Delhi.

📍 March 20 – Delhi Exploration
Breakfast followed by a city tour of Delhi, including a visit to Ashalayam. Return to hotel for evening yoga practice. Overnight in Delhi.

📍 March 21 – Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Delhi International Airport for return flight to Italy.

Daily Schedule

☀️ 6:30 – 8:00 AM: Sunrise yoga session

🍽 8:00 AM: Breakfast

🏞 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM: Cultural experiences, guided tours, and lunch

🌚 8:00 PM: Dinner and evening meditation
