Itinerary

📍 January 29 – Arrival in Kochi
Arrival in Kochi and warm welcome. Transfer to the hotel and time to rest after the journey. If time permits, a gentle walk through Fort Kochi, the colonial waterfront and the iconic Chinese fishing nets.

📍 January 30 – Kochi | Culture & Devotion
Morning Raga meditation to attune body and mind. Late brunch followed by a visit to the local spice market. Visits to a Devi temple and a Shiva temple, and an evening Kathakali dance performance.

📍 January 31 – Kochi → Sivananda Ashram (Trivandrum)
Morning practice followed by transfer to Trivandrum. Arrival at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in the afternoon. First immersion into ashram life with evening satsang and chanting.

📍 February 1 – Ashram Life
Full immersion in the traditional ashram routine: asana, meditation, chanting, silence and karma yoga. A day of simplicity, discipline and inner alignment.

📍 February 2 – Ashram Life
Continuation of the ashram experience. Yoga lived beyond the physical form — as awareness, rhythm and presence. Time for integration and observation.

📍 February 3 – Trivandrum → Kovalam | Ayurveda
Transfer to Kovalam and check-in at an Ayurveda resort. Initial consultation and beginning of treatments. Time to rest by the ocean.

📍 February 4 – Kovalam | Healing & Rest
A full day dedicated to Ayurveda, rest and integration. Treatments, gentle walks, silence and time by the sea.

📍 February 5 – Kovalam → Chennai → Tiruvannamalai
Morning flight to Chennai, followed by transfer to Tiruvannamalai. Visit to Sri Ramana Maharshi Ashram and ascent of Arunachala Hill (partial or full, depending on the group).

📍 February 6 – Pilgrimage around Arunachala
Day dedicated to Girivalam, the sacred circumambulation of Arunachala. A meditative walk around the mountain, temples and moments of silence.

📍 February 7 – Tiruvannamalai → Chidambaram
Departure towards Chidambaram. Visit to the Nataraja Temple, where Shiva is worshipped as the cosmic dancer. Overnight in Chidambaram (if available) or transfer onward to Auroville.

📍 February 8 & 9 – Auroville | Integration & Conscious Living
Time immersed in Auroville, an international community dedicated to conscious living. Visit to Svaram for a sound experience, and lunch at Solitude Farm. Opportunity to join a local craft or printing workshop (if available). Evening visit to a nearby Shiva temple and quiet time around the Matrimandir area. Space for reflection, exploration and integration.

📍 February 10 – Departure
Transfer to Chennai International Airport for return flight.
